Information provided at registration — such as name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details — must be completely accurate and up to date. bgd45 may request a copy of a national identity card or passport for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
It is entirely the member's responsibility to keep their account username and password confidential. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
4 Account Closure and Suspension
bgd45 reserves the right to immediately close or suspend a member's account for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms.
- Evidence of fraud, manipulation or unethical activity is found.
- Multiple accounts are created or bonus abuse occurs.
- False identity or age information is provided.
- An order is received from a court or regulatory authority.
Members may also request the closure of their own account at any time. All valid balances will be settled before closure.

6 Bonus and Promotion Terms
bgd45 offers a welcome bonus of 100% on the first deposit up to ৳5,000. The following conditions apply to the use of this bonus:
- A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to qualify for the bonus.
- Before withdrawing bonus funds, the total amount (deposit + bonus) must meet a 15x wagering requirement.
- Each member is eligible for the welcome bonus only once per household, IP address or device.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met through gameplay.

- Bets or game rounds once confirmed generally cannot be cancelled.

8 Prohibited Activities
